We truly appreciate your interest in Enabling Devices! Please keep in mind that customs fees, duties, and possible delays may apply to orders shipped outside the United States. These charges are set by your local customs office, and unfortunately, we don’t have control over them or the ability to estimate the costs in advance.
To help your order arrive smoothly, please be prepared to cover any applicable customs fees. If you decide to refuse a shipment, we’ll need to deduct any return-to-sender costs from your refund.

Special Instructions for Ordering Direct:
Shipping charges for international orders are determined by actual weight and dimensions of the package and the destination. There is no international shipping chart so when you place your order (mail, phone, fax, email or online), our Sales Dept. will determine the shipping charges for your order and contact you for payment before any item is shipped. Depending on the workload in the warehouse, this process can take a few days so we appreciate your patience while we gather accurate data.
Alternatively, you may use your preferred carrier. Please include the carrier name and account number with your order. All orders using Consignee Billing will be charged 6% of the total order as a handling fee ($5.00 minimum).
