Shipping Information
We cannot ship to a PO Box number. Shipping days do not include Saturdays and Sundays‚ only business days.
There is a 2PM EASTERN STANDARD TIME CUTOFF FOR PRIORITY ORDERS.
Enabling Devices is not responsible for customs fees and/or custom delays that may be imposed on non-U.S. orders. All orders using Consignee billing will be charged 6% of the total order (minimum charge of $5).

RETURNS DEPT
All items MUST have a Return Authorization Number before being sent back. You can obtain an RA# by calling us at 800-832-8697 X6 or email at returns@enablingdevices.com. If possible, please have your invoice number or customer number available, this will help to expedite the return process. To ensure efficient delivery, we suggest you send your return via a track able method.

Please check your batteries before calling. Make sure they are fresh and properly installed. We recommend that you use alkaline batteries. Each product has a User Guide. If you need a copy, go to the product page on the website and click on the “Download” tab. Â Please refer to the troubleshooting tips contained in the guide.
CATALOG SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION
To cancel your catalog subscription, please submit by fax (Attn: Marketing Dept.), email or phone detailed information from the back of your catalog: Customer number (e.g. ABC123), your Name and Address as it appears on the catalog. Be aware that it may take up to 2 months to cancel the subscription since our mailing lists are prepared a month or two before the catalogs are mailed. You can even attach an image of the back of the catalog and send it to us via fax or email!
