My daughter received a Christmas gift from Enabling Devices and we wanted to exchange it for a different color. The customer service representative (shout out to Jenny) was superb and made it such an easy process, especially since I have enough on my plate being a mom, let alone a mom of a child with special needs… My aunt and uncle actually visited the business since they lived close by. They met the owner who had a personal story as to how he got started in the business and opened Enabling Devices. It’s a great company with great people, and I will continue to purchase adaptive toys and devices from them.
