Read moreAsked by on November 3, 2017 10:13 amA Make sure you have a fresh set of Alkaline type AA batteries such as Duracell, Energizer or Rayovac installed. Check to make sure the battery contacts are clean from rust and or battery acid. Clean with alcohol. Make sure the output cord is not plugged in when using the bead chain as a musical toy. The cord deactivates the music when plugged in.
