Read moreAsked by on February 14, 2019 2:07 pmA Please contact our customer support at 1-800-832-8697. We have never had any issues with the straws making this device for 20 + years. The straws we use are medical grade, the same ones a dentist uses in your mouth so they have to be safe to use. Unless the client is not supervised and is chewing on the end of the straw. Then any straw could be an issue.
