    A The quality is comparable to any other light tech device made by other AAC manufactures. This has been one of the industry standard AAC devices for over 20 years.

    A The item comes with a user's guide explaining how to use the device. If you did not get one you can download copy right on the product page under the download tab. https://enablingdevices.com/product/cheap-talk-4-square-direct The microphone and red β€œRECORD” button are located on the back panel of the unit. To record, depress and hold the β€œRECORD” button, then depress one of the 4 colored squares and speak into the microphone. Release both buttons once recording is over. Playback your message by pressing and releasing the same square used to record. Each of the remaining buttons can be β€œprogrammed” in the same manner. (The unit will retain recorded information indefinitely, even if the battery is disconnected. Previously stored information will be erased only when new recording is performed.)
