    A Try moving the plate the Koosh Ball is attached to up and down a few times to make sure it is not stuck. If this does not resolve the issue contact our repairs dept. at 1-800-832-8697 Ext. 6.
    3. How much hand/finger/grip strength is needed to activate this as a toy? Can a light swipe with the back of the hand activate it? Thank you!

    A This is considered a light touch or light presser activated switch. It takes about 30 grams of force to activate the switch.     A Yes and no. Lights and music are disabled when used as a switch.
