    A Try changing your batteries with a new set of AA alkaline batteries such as Duracell, Energizer. Then re-record. If the noise does not go away call our repairs dept. at 1-800-832-8697 Ext. 5.

    A Yes under the color option is the drop down menu, the set of all 5 colors is the $846.95.

    A Make sure you are recording your messages properly by referencing the user's guide. Make sure you have the mode switch set to single/sequential when recording. Do not have it set to Random during recording.
