    A This item does not come with a capability switch. How the switch is activated depends on the type of switch used. Most have to be pressed with a hand, foot elbow or other body part. Some work by sipping or puffing on a straw called the Sip and Puff switch (#970) and we also have an Eye Bink switch (#9008).
