The Digi-Flex develops isolated finger strength, increases flexibility and coordination and builds hand and forearm strength. With the Digi-Flex, stronger digits can’t compensate for weaker ones since each finger is appropriately exercised with its own spring-loaded button. The device’s ergonomically designed base conforms to the palm, distributing pressure evenly. Its three-spring palm bar works with its finger buttons to increase gross grasping strength. Comes in three levels of weight resistance — 3, 5 and 7 pounds per finger.
