    A The device has an adjustable volume knob that adjusts both the preview and normal playback volume at the same time. You cant adjust these volumes individually.

    A Yes this item is mounted to a 24 inch goose-neck. Nothing else to buy.

    A YOU CAN RECORD UP TO 10 MESSAGES ON EACH LEVEL UP TO 5 SECONDS EACH MESSAGE.

    A No. You would have to record blank messages on any prerecorded messages.
