Our Wheelchair Capability Switch Options

We have many types of adaptive switches for people to use from a bed or wheelchair.

Easy Flex Dual Ultimate Switch

The Easy Flex Dual Ultimate Switch is our two-in-one bedside switch. With two switches, the user can activate two devices. When they push on one of the balls, it moves the spring arm, activating the switch inside. Use the 25-inch flex arms to attach the switch to a bedrail or wheelchair armrest.

Head Switch

Our Head Switch is designed for people who cannot activate a switch manually. When mounted on the back of a wheelchair or bed, the user can activate it with light pressure from their head. The user can also use pressure from other body parts, like an elbow or knee, to maneuver the switch.

Pull and Play Switch

The Pull and Play Switch combines the practicality of a capability switch with the playful fun of a toy. When the user pulls the 4-inch ball, they activate the connected switch-adapted device. Besides activation, this switch develops grasping skills and encourages reaching and swiping. You can mount this switch with the included C-clamp.

Twitch Switch

Our Twitch Switch is one of our most sensitive adaptive switches. With small movements, like wrinkling the forehead, a person can activate the connected device. Choose between on-off, timed and momentary operation models to set the amount of muscle movement required to activate the switch.

Ultimate Switch

The Ultimate Switch is one of our bestselling adaptive switches. This model is designed for children and adults with profound physical or neurological disabilities. The user can move the ball end wobble switch with a slight or heavy touch. This switch comes in several different sizes, with a gooseneck and clamp mounting system available if needed.
