    A Try moving the plate the Koosh Ball is attached to up and down a few times to make sure it is not stuck. If this does not resolve the issue contact our repairs dept. at 1-800-832-8697 Ext. 6.

    A This is considered a light touch or light presser activated switch. It takes about 30 grams of force to activate the switch.     A Yes and no. Lights and music are disabled when used as a switch.
