Step 1: Having problems with a product?

Before considering a return:

  1. Please CHECK THE BATTERIES to make sure they still have a charge and are installed properly. Also, our products will only work with “mono” adapters. They will not work with “stereo” adapters.
  2. If you are still having a problem, please email our Technical Assistance Department at customer_support@enablingdevices.com. We may be able to correct the problem without you having to return the product.
