Equipped with CD Player, AM/FM radio and cassette recorder, the all-in-one boom box is easy to use. Just plug your switch into the CD jack or radio/cassette jack depending on what function you wish to use. Then start the tunes coming! The radio functions one switch activation to play, a second to turn the Radio off. The CD and tape function starts and pauses with each switch activation. The CD function will not work with a latch/timer.


NOTE: AC line cord has been removed for safety reasons. Audio-in is not adapted for switch use.

    A It means the AC cord has been completely removed and disabled internally. The Boom Box works on batteries only.

  4. What do you mean in your previous answer that the radio and cassette function require continuous switch activation to play. Does that you mean the switch has to be continuously pressed in order for the radio or cassette functions to operate? That seems difficult to do?

    A No that was an older post for a different model of the Boom Box, it has now changed. One press to start and another to stop the function you are on.

    A No and you cant use rechargeable batteries for CD players as rechargeable batteries only put out 1.2 volts per battery fully charged compared to an alkaline type battery (e.g. Duracell puts out 1.5 volts each which is what a CD players needs.
